SJ CRAWFISH
has been opened since 2006, the first crawfish restaurant in San Francisco and San Jose bay area. We have served the local community the finest Louisiana Cajun food.

Some non Louisiana people think our food is not Cajun, but some kind of Asian Cajun. Busting the myth, all of our recipes are truly Cajun, and we cook them in the broth. NOT like others where they add the Cajun spices afterward. Our special Cajun broth takes 3 hours to prepare. And when we cook the crawfish, shrimp or crab, the broth soaks into the meat. So when people eat our seafood, they can actually taste the Cajun spices in the meat, not just outside on the shell. And we use fresh Habanero pepper, the hottest pepper in the world. So if next time if the food is too spicy or not spicy enough, let the waiter or waitress know, then can fix it right to your taste.

Due to the success of the first SJ CRAWFISH restaurant in San Jose, We now have opened more branches in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Saigon, Vietnam.
